About Minnie

Adoption Fee: $325
Australian Shepherd
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Everyone meet Minnie AKA Minnie Pearl, AKA Min Pin. Minnie is a gorgeous pint size Double Merle that is deaf. She is 2 years old and weighs 13 lbs. Minnie has the most beautiful piercing blue eyes and soft coat. Despite her size Minnie gets along with dogs of all sizes but her warm up period to them is about two days. We are working on her introductions to new dogs as she likes to herd them and nip(imagine that from an Aussie) once she gets over herself she loves them and will play and enjoy having fur friends/siblings, she is also cat friendly. Minnie loves for you to pet her and will stay as long as you continue, Once you stop she will go lay on the floor or the other side of the couch. She is Velcro and will follow you wherever you go but independent enough that she isn't so needy that she is on you non stop which aussies are known for. Minnie is always up for an adventure and loves to go for car rides, she does great in the car and also very well walking on the leash. She is 95% house trained, I have learned she doesn't like to be outside at night and will rush back in if you don't either go out with her or stand in the doorway so she can see you. When she does rush she has pooped at night in the house, But again it's only occasional. Minnie is fully vetted and on HW and flea prevention, and being fostered in Augusta, GA. If you think Minnie is the girl for you fill out an application and we can get a meet and greet set up. https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application
