ADAM - A4165730 My name is ADAM. I am a neutered male, black and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix, and I weigh about 55 lbs. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 7 months old, and I have been at the shelter since Nov 08, 2018. I'm just a big puppy! I love to play - got lots of energy. I'm feeling really cooped up in this jail cell, and I need out pretty soon or I'll go batty. I'm a real friendly boy with people, but kinda selective about my doggy friends. I walk just fine on a leash, and would make a great walking or hiking buddy. I'm pretty strong and rambunctious, so I'll need a strong hand to learn all my manners. I should probably be the only dog in your home, because I am sort of dominant. If you already have a dog, we should probably meet before thinking about me moving into his/her territory.
