About Tori the purr machine

Hi! My name is Tori, and I'm a sweet, loving, and affectionate gray tabico (tabby calico) with big green eyes who was born in December 2016. I'm beautifully marked with a white bib, chin, and mittens as well as caramel flecks dispersed in my gray tabby fur. I'm a little shy at first, but I have the loudest purr box you've ever heard once we make friends! Although I'm not a lap cat per se, I do love to snuggle next to my foster meowmy and let her stroke me and listen to my contented purring in response. I would love a home with older or no children since I can get startled by fast movements. I'm okay with other cats if we've been given the proper introductions. I showed up, tired and starved, outside Foster Meowmy's back door one rainy day. She was kind enough to bring me in and give me a place to stay. It was clear that I'd not been getting regular meals for quite some time. I was several pounds underweight, but I love to eat and am doing my best to get caught up! I just want a loving home where I will never end up homeless and starving again. Don't you want to take me home today? I'd just love to cuddle beside you and let you guess the decibels of my purr motor, which sounds like a perking coffeepot. Just listen to me on the attached YouTube video! Tori is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted.
