About Francis

This sweet boy is FRANCIS ���%8D. He is truly as loving as he looks with eyes that just melt your heart. Francis' story/recovery is inspirational. He has an incredible zest for life and is one happy-go-lucky boy despite his past. He was found with injuries that caused paralysis of his lower half due to being hit by a car and probable signs of neglect/abuse. He gets around his current foster home by dragging his lower half and outside of the house he zooms around on his wheels (check out the attached videos). Francis loves to play with other dogs, gets along with cats and loves people. He is playful and will seek out his people for scratches and cuddles.
