About Zeus (west)

ZEUS - A3547001 Zeus is a 7 years old neutered male, brindle and white Staffordshire Terrier mix, and has been at the shelter since Dec 12, 2018. This absolutely gorgeous older gentleman was adopted in 2014, but did not get along with the cat and other dogs. Not sure why they waited so long to return him. He seems very calm and chill, walks great on a leash and takes treats gently. Zeus knows 'sit', and comes when called. He is very well mannered. He's obviously very muscular, but not a great big dog, and that brindle coat is just beautiful. He doesn't jump or invade your space, and is not mouthy at all. Zeus will be placed on the euthanasia list in the next couple of days if we don't find a home for him before then. Once a dog has been adopted out and returned, it's pretty much assumed that they are a lost cause - just not true! Too often, it's simply a case of a good match not being made.
