DANE - A4177528 My name is DANE. I am a neutered male, white and brown American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old and I have been at the shelter since Nov 19, 2018. This poor guy came into the shelter kind of beat up, with wounds to his head and feet. Dane is kid of a wild child with a big heart and a zest for life. He's probably too rough and rowdy for little kids, but would make a great walking, running, or hiking buddy for anybody else. He does play a little rough, but gets along with other dogs and loves people. Being an adventurous soul, he's up for any play time. Dane is really underweight, and sometimes guards his food, so obviously he has not been treated very well. He is gentle, and will 'sit', and is learning not to pull so hard on the leash, so he is smart and could learn just about anything. Let's give this big boy a chance at life. You won't be sorry.
