About Riley

Hello, My name is Allison and I know of a dog in need of some help. It is a long story in how she got into the state she is in but long story short she used to be my dog (really my exboyfriend's.) Well he moved and left her with a neighbor until he could get her back. That was 3 years ago. My sister is this man's neighbor and she tells me that she is so skinny she can see her skull also that she has a litter of pups and her outside pen is covered in faces. This will be her second litter since she has been with him. I currently live in Colorado and if my vehicle could make the trip, I would go get her and take her to a shelter here as we are a no kill state or I would just keep her. My sister has agreed to take care of her until we can figure something out but I don't know how long that will last. She is a very well behaved dog and pure blooded malinois and I hate that this man was trusted in caring for her and what he has done to her. From what I know he isn't even feeding his own child. So what I am asking is, if I can get her to you or your facility could you please rescue her and get her into a decent home? Or foster her until about April or May until i am moved out of my apartment into a house. Otherwise she is going to be taken to the pound and her being so malnourished they will most likely euthanize her. I hate the thought of this and it breaks my heart. ��������
