About Roxie

Roxie is a very special dog. She is a total joy to be around, and brings so much joy to a household. She is approx 7yrs, but she doesn't act like an older dog! She is a couch potato, but definitely enjoys her walks and time outside. She has the Boxer butt wiggle! And her tail wags all the time. She absolutely loves when it's time to eat or go outside. Either of these things get her so excited that sometimes she wiggles to the point that her head touches her tail. It's absolutely adorable!! She is crate trained and house broken. She loves belly rubs and to give kisses. She is around 60 lbs and think she's a lap dog. She leans up to you for affection. She's a very chill and laid back girl! Roxie is gentle with the kids she has interacted with at her foster home. She was respectful and happy to be around them. Roxie really enjoys car rides. She's easy, not afraid. She has been good around other dogs at her foster home and did not show any interest in a cat that she met, but we cannot promise that she is totally cat friendly. We have not been able to test that. Her previous owners let her down, but we're hopeful we will find her a loving fur ever home for Christmas! That's all she wants- her own people to love.
