Meet ABE ��%90%BE We're looking for a foster to adopt or forever home for our newest pack member. If interested, please DM or comment or email [email protected], and please share if you can so we can give him a chance at living his best life. . Abe is a special gem, a 2yo male cane corso. He is very docile, quiet, and sweet around the house. He walks nicely and slowly on a leash, takes treats gently, doesn't beg for food or jump up, does not bark at the doorbell and welcomes strangers calmly. When he fills out and gains more confidence, he'd make an excellent adventure or exercise buddy. He's a loyal companion for life who will stick by your side and love you forever. . Because of his size, he'd do best in a home as the only pet, with older kids, or with an experienced handler to give him slow and proper introductions (he may be a little fearful and on edge given his background). He wouldn't mind having his person all to himself. Abe has a little weight to gain and needs a little help with his basic commands due to neglect but is easily trained. Like most rescue dogs he just needs a quiet, loving place to continue coming out of his shell. He was left tied up outside the South LA animal shelter, hungry and afraid. He likely lived his whole life tied outside and is now learning to be spoiled by the comforts of home and the magic of toys.
