Rella is an escape artist. She loves her people but can be protective and shows aggressive behaviors toward strangers. We have three fences and struggle to keep her in our yard. We have tried everything. She will stay in a privacy fence but we do not have the money to build one. She is a loving pet to her people but needs a different environment.
