About Maisey

Poor Little Maisey, through no fault of her own, she needs a new home for her own safety. Her family has 3 dogs, one of them is a larger breed (Portuguese water dog I think) and although they have all lived together for 7 years, the larger dog viciously attacked her today. (They believe it is due to the steroids the larger dog is now on due to Addision's ) They don't want to have to put any of their dogs down, and the larger dog will be more difficult to re home with her issues and expensive medical condition, they have made the heart-wrenching decision to re home Maisey who is sweet, trained and healthy and will more easily find someone to love her. She is the perfect little lady! She is 18 lbs, Spayed, up to date on vaccines, vet checked every year, house trained, crate trained, great with kids and dogs. She is now recovering and will need some pain meds for a week or so till she heals, but fortunately no damage was done to anything major... just some flesh puncture wounds. Maisey is not a big fan of walking on a leash so a fenced in yard is a must for this little princess. It is very rare we get such a great dog in with no medical or behavioral issues so she should go fast!
