About Coco

Coco is a 2 year old chihuahua mix who is looking for a very special home. Coco is a very shy boy when first meeting new people. He takes time to come around and likes to come to you on his own terms. Once warmed up Coco is sweet, but still hesitant of affection for a while. Coco is great with other dogs and would do well in a home with another dog who can show him to trust his people. Coco has separation anxiety from his people once he trusts them, so he will need a family who will give him time to trust, but won't have to leave him alone for long periods of time. Coco likes women, and is extra fearful of men at first, but will slowly come around. He needs a home with no children under the age of 18. Coco is food and treat protected, so he needs to be watched carefully around his food. Coco is house broken, kennel trained, and dog door trained. Coco is good walking on a leash and rides well in the car, so he will gladly join you on your adventures instead of having to wait at home. Coco is an escape artist who will dart out a door given the chance, so he needs to be carefully watched. He is a smart boy who knows sit, stay and shake. Coco weighs 14 pounds full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. He comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit as well. His adoption fee is $200. You can meet him at our location Tues-Sun 11am to 6pm at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021. Please bring any current dogs or children in the home to make sure it is a good fit.
