Meet Buddy, a 1-5 year old, Dachshund/Terrier Mix, who is currently at the high kill SEAACA shelter, in Downey, CA. Buddy gets along with other dogs as he has been kenneled with other dogs. There is a rescue who is willing to save Buddy's life but they cannot do it without a foster (temporary home) and or adopter (permanent home).
