About Rainy

Rainy is a 1 year old Chocolate Lab Greyhound mix. She is a very sweet loving gal who loves belly rubs. She has been good around other dogs and kids. Rainy and her friend Ember were abandoned at a vets office in the middle of the night tied to their front door in the freezing rain. They were scared when the techs arrived for work the next morning. It took sometime for them to relax. After they were examined it came to light that Rainy was expecting pups. We were told she was about 5 to 6 weeks along, however that was not the case. Rainy was here a week before going into labor. She had 4 pups on her own but ran into trouble and we had to rush her in for an emergency C-section. She had a total of 6 pups. She is spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped. Rainy wasn't sure what to think of the pups when we got home from the vets office. She is ready for a home of her own and will require a 6 foot fenced in yard. She likes to run and run and play.
