One adorable guy right here! Fred is one cuddly chihuahua that loves to be around his people and get loved on. He is a short haired Chihuahua that is 5-7 years old and only about 9 pounds. He was found dumped in the country by one of our volunteers and it is believed that he was used for breeding. But he has quickly adapted to the plush life and loves to be on your lap and be carried around. He has potty training figured out and will let out a squawk to let you know he needs to go outside.
