About Mama Mia

Mia is an adorable, 1-year old, sweet little soul who was surrendered to Arizona Small Dog Rescue while in active labor delivering her 3 puppies. Although she came to the shelter very afraid and confused, she took less than a week to warm up to her foster family and even share her babies. She was an amazing mom, but now it's her turn to be babied. She's still very much a puppy herself. She's been doing a great job using the doggy door at her foster home. She wants nothing more than to be close to her people and would love a warm lap to rest in after racing around in a nice yard. Her foster family wonders if there's some Italian Greyhound in her background somewhere since she sure can run. She loves toys too! She gets along great with other dogs, so a furry brother or sister would be wonderful. Mia is very smart and picking up on tricks like sit and sit pretty. She is very treat motivated and loves attention. Mia weighs 10 pounds and is full grown. Her adoption fee is $300. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, chipped, vet checked, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit.
