About Buster

Date into Rescue: 7/13/18 Reason for being in rescue: Buster and his brother Lester were found abandoned in a home in NC. They were taken to the local animal shelter, and CPR pulled them from there. Special Needs: none noted What kind of home would be best for me: Buster is a loving boy who needs a quiet home. He has been adopted and returned for resource guarding his owner. Buster would be best as the only dog in a home with a single man or woman. What is my personality like: Buster was found abandoned at a home. It is impossible to imagine anyone leaving this sweet boy behind!! Once we got a haircut (see his before photos), there was a beautiful boy with happy eyes just waiting to meet us. Buster is great with other dogs. He has been in a foster home with cats and was indifferent to them - if anything he was almost timid around them. Buster rides well in a car, though he does not prefer to ride in a kennel. Buster knows how to sit on command and is eager to learn more tricks. Buster is the happiest boy who loves with his whole heart! How do I act when I first meet new people: Friendly Tips and Tidbits: Look at those precious ears! House trained: Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
