Chief is a beautiful and very loving boy. He is a cat that would mind relaxing on the couch with you all day. Chief tested positive for heartworms, there is no treatment for cats. A cat will either pass the heartworms and end up heartworm negative or could pass away suddenly. Chief adoption fee is waved for this reason. It is recommended by our vet that chief be on a heartworm preventative. Although Chief is heartworm positive, that doesn't stop him from playing on the huge cat tree in the cat room.
