About Joey

Joey is a loving, smart, well bebehaved boy. We rescued him from a kill shelter in the south four years ago and we have loved him since the day we adopted him. Sadly due to life changes outside of our control we are not able to provide him with the accommodations he requires to be happy and this is unfair to him. He has separation anxiety and due to changes in our lives someone is not able to be home with him as much as he needs. He is a perfect match for anyone who is home a lot. He loves nothing more than lounging around all day on his bed. He is trained to sit, stay, shake, laydown etc. He is not crate trained but does fine in a house by himself for short periods of time. He loves people more than other dogs.
