Gizmo is a 4 year old Shih Tzu. He will be joining our rescue, Ruffus Rescue, on 12/15/18. He is being surrendered by his owner for 'being scared of baths and grooming'. It turns out he suffers from vision loss which would explain his anxiety over these things. We likely will not adopt him out to a home with children due to his vision loss and anxiety.
