About Ryeleigh Bean

With a burdened heart we have made the decision to find a warm and loving home for our wheaten Ryleigh Bean to live out the rest of her dog days. She is a 14 year old spayed beautiful loving wheaten. She has been with our family for all her life from the age of 8 weeks. She is in healthy condition with minor arthritis and a majority of her teeth were pulled due age and having bad teeth. As other wheatens, she has a wheat allergy so we give her Instinct food which is wheat free. She is up to date on her shots. Her brother Moe (Pomapoo) passed away three years ago and she has been pretty sad ever since. The reason why we made this decision is because we have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. She is very sweet to both children and has never nor would she ever bite them. The five year old hugs and loves on her. Rye is a wonderful soul and would brighten up anyone's world. Unfortunately, she has not been happy for a while and we feel so bad for having to take this step. She means so much to us and this is the very reason we need to do what is right for her. The issue is that since the children have been born, she has been very anxious and depressed. She does not want to be around the children because they are loud and running around. You can tell she worries about them and she paces back and forth. She then wants to go and hide upstairs. We feel that she is not living a quality dog life and really needs to be in a home where she doesn't need to worry and she gets lots of love and attention. Being that she is 14 years old, we really want her to live her years left, happy. This will make us feel happy. We have tried for the past three years different things, but it seems the older that she gets the more anxious and depressed she seems to be in our home. As we said, we have thought long and hard about this decision and we think it is best that she find someone that will share the love of life that she has while she is here. We only trust your organization because we know that you take the rescue process very seriously and you may assist us with finding a wonderful home for our Ryleigh Bean. We would love to find someone that may want to share her progress, but understand if that can not be arranged. Thank you.
