I am looking to re-home my 2 year old Belgian Malinois due to medical issues. I will no longer be able to provide the continued training, exercise, and level of play he demands. He is obedience trained, smart, affectionate, and is an amazing personal protection/guard dog. Once you earn his trust and respect he will protect you with his life. He is healthy and very willing to adapt and learn. He will need to be on leash unless confined to a fenced yard. His recall is not as great as it could be with continued training. He has a very high prey drive and will bolt after a cat or other small animal if given the opportunity. He will be best suited in a home with no other dogs, cats, or small children. I leave him unattended and free to roam in my home while at work without any issues. I will only adopt him to a local adopter. I will not ship him.
