About LJ

LJ is a very smart and sweet boy. He is cat aggressive so a household with no cats would be ideal for him. He has lots of playful energy and needs the right home with plenty of space and an active family to really be able to excel. He has had some obedience training and is pretty good with sit, stay, lay down and shake. He is crate trained and does well in his crate. The issue we have is he is the type of dog that shouldn't be locked in a crate all day (we have to because of the cat situation). He really needs the freedom and ability to move around. Someone who can be at home with him regularly would be perfect for him! He is a snuggle bug and loves to cuddle! He also loves belly rubs!! Someone with time and patience to continue working on his manners, leash training (hes close to being fully trained on the leash) and his obedience would best suit him. He is very smart and being kept mentally and physically active would be great for him. Hoping to find the right home for LJ. We got him from the shelter and really love him, but they were completely deceptive about his temperament and who he was and unfortunately hes not the right fit for our home (the cat in the house doesnt work and we are extremely busy and not home alot). But he could be a wonderful dog for your home! Hes very loving and sweet just needs the right spot to be in.
