About Kaiser

Kaiser is a male Dachshund, neutered, somewhere between 3 to 5 years of age. He has a lot of energy and needs exercise, attention (he's anxious), and training. He is house broken. We sent him to a professional dog training facility for a month and he is able to follow several commands, yet will not remain in our fenced in back yard. He is very intelligent and figures out how to escape regardless of the fence augmentation. He does well with other dogs, but does not do well at all with children until he has decided they are not a threat. He is a very loving boy and wants to behave, yet lacks the discipline to do so on a consistent basis. The owner of the training facility said the extensive package we paid for follows Kaiser for life - already paid in full. We are deeply saddened that things are not working out with Kaiser, yet realize we are not equipped to address his needs. I am more than happy to discuss him/answer any questions.
