About Phoebe and Moxy

Hello, I am asking for help or advice please. There is a man and 2 Boxers that are in desperate need. As of 2 weeks ago their power was shut off and on top of that they are now facing eviction. It is absolutely freezing in the house, they just huddle together to try and keep warm. (He lives in Essex, Maryland) In February of this year the man's mother passed away suddenly, he fell into a tailspin and has not recovered. He is on disability but does not get much money to live on. He has been trying to get a low income apartment with no success. He knows he cannot keep the dogs as it is cruel to keep them in this condition, he is ready to re-home them to keep them safe and warm. He has had them since they were puppies. They are 5+6 years old female boxers, both fixed, housebroken and very friendly and lovable. They are couch dogs and love to cuddle. He has a couple options for a shelter for himself, but they will not take his dogs. He knows he has to let them go. If there is anywhere you can recommend or if you have availability to take them, please help. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
