About Rugby

My corgi needs a family that is fairly active and stays home a lot. I work long hours since some life changes, and he's not happy left home alone so much. He also has an eye condition where he does not produce tears, so he needs artificial tears and Optimmune applied frequently through the day. He incurs high vet expenses, so he needs good health insurance. Not a low-maintenance, easy dog. I am looking for experienced pet owners whom will give him lots of exercise. He also requires lots of patience because of his anxiety. He needs lots of attention, weekly grooming to help with his shedding. I am asking an adoption fee of $400 to help pay some of his vet bills that I'm trying to pay off. He will come with a brand new bag of food, toys, medication, leash, collars, all of his supplies, records and he's neutered and completely up to date with his wellness checks/vaccines. I can recommend his vet and groomer that know him well, also.
