CODE RED ALERT Meet Mary, 1 y/o 42#s, Black & Tan Coonhound in urgent need of rescue. Shelter volunteers share the following: Health: She looks great, no issues seen.Temperament: She is a little shy, but is super sweet! She walks well on a leash, and is great with dogs! She is NOT a hunter, but is definitely more of a pet it seems. She was a little unsure and nervous about the cats to start with, but definitely curious about them and eventually was fine with them walking around and under her. She doesn't seem to have had any real training, she doesn't seem to know how to 'sit' on command, but is very gentle when taking treats from your hand! And she WILL give kisses if ou get close enough! She is very people oriented! Additional Information: She came in as a stray Shelter Hold Ends: December 21 @4:00pm WHICH MEANS IF NOT RESCUED SHE WILL BE KILLED THE NEXT MORNING.
