About Babz

If you stop by our Colmar location, you'll be happily greeted by the stunning Babs! Bab's brindle coat can't be properly captured in pictures. She is a BEAUTY! At about 9 years old, Babs ended up with her owner's relatives who didn't have the means to keep her, and had to surrender her to the SPCA. She was VERY much loved there, and easily a volunteer favorite. After one meeting, it's not hard to see why! She's a polite, sweet, wiggly girl who is looking for a new owner to remain loyal to for all of her days. Babs isn't overly jumpy, and appreciates a warm bed to lay on. She loves treats, and will take them gently. She had a stroke at some point in her life, and is paralyzed on one side of her face, so she will require some eye drops (artificial tears moving forward, but that's a small chore to tend to when receving such companionship in return.
