A5219117 Elroy is a 2-year-old tan German Shepherd Mix who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on September 14th. He has been at the shelter far too long. He is very sad and stressed in Building 4 of the shelter, which is not visible to the public. He's unsure of the place because someone used a catch pole on him, but he walks well on a leash. He also seems to have a bump on top of his head, which wasn't there previously. Let's get him out before it's too late.
