About RED (east)

RED - A4115351 My name is RED. I am a neutered male, red and white American Pit Bull Terrier, and I weigh about 60 lbs. The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old, and I was found by a caring stranger and brought to the shelter on Aug 30, 2018. I'm a really friendly little guy who just loves people. I love to chase and fetch toys and balls. I know 'sit' and 'shake', and I have really good manners, too. I get along with most all doggies, but if you have one, it's best if we meet before I go into his/her territory. I like riding in a car (especially if you buy me a hamburger). Little kids do make me a little nervious because I'm a little shy and timid, so I might do better with older kids (12+). I walk really good on a leash, so I would make a great walking or hiking buddy. They say I have been here too long, and they need room for new dogs coming in, so if I don't get adopted pretty quick, I probably won't make it out of here on all fours.
