This little fella was rescued along with this 2 brothers from a high kill shelter. His brothers were adopted and looked more like the Yorkie with longer hair. Charlie is VERY sweet, tiny, affectionate, smart and a little cuddle bug. They were rescued from a high kill shelter. One was scruffy (Freddie ADOPTED), one is fluffy (George/ADOPTED) and one short haired almost looking like a Chug/Yorkie.
