About Rocky (west)

ROCKY - A4099982 My name is ROCKY. I am a female, brown and white American Pit Bull Terrier and Boxer. The shelter staff think I am about 6 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Oct 08, 2018. Rocky, (yes, she's a girl), has been an outside dog. She has had very little attention ever paid to her, just left in the yard alone. She became protective of the yard, and would be aggressive to anyone attempting to enter the yard. She has never been in a home, and never introduced to other dogs. Rocky is a bit shy and and would love to have a kind person help her build confidence. She'll come to you for gentle petting and togetherness. Shey prefers to eliminate outside, so she may be easy to housetrain. And, she walks nicely on a leash. Would some kind soul please step up and give this little girl a 'real' home while she is still young enough to enjoy it? She deserves a chance, don't you think?
