About Wiggles

Please read all information about Wiggles before considering adopting this cutie 5 pound Maltipoo. Wiggles needs to be adopted by a patient family who is willing to put in the time and effort to re-train and socialize him to humans. He will need a lot of work, but the love he will return will be worth all the effort. Wiggles is a recent rescue dog that has behavioral issues that were not disclosed prior to adoption of his new family. He is a gentle cuddlier most moments and loves attention and petting by owners and strangers, but he also has an aggressive side where he seemingly randomly becomes anxious/fearful and growls upon being petted. He is not potty trained and has worn a diaper all his life. He needs someone who is able to provide proper potty training so one day he can live diaper free. He gets along well with other dogs, however he is not neutered so interactions at dog parks are more of mounting than playing. This behavior also will need to be corrected for him to enjoy a balanced social life with other dogs. He has not been aggressive to any dogs hes interacted with. His breed requires regular maintenance with his coat, he will need to be brushed regularly and he is currently aggressive when his paws and legs are touched. Within the past month Wiggles has had a full groom and nail clip with a vet exam and full round of vaccines. He is up to date and now is needing a loving family to call home. With the time and patience to train Wiggles I am certain he will be a life long loving and loyal companion.
