About JR

Our boy JR is pretty unique! He looks like a Jack Russell, BUT he really doesn't have the typical traits of a Jack Russell. JR, a 4 month old, 20 lb Jack Russell mix, is a very calm and submissive boy who loves to snuggle and give gentle kisses. He is quiet, happy to play (but also happy to chill on his favorite pillow), loves being outside in the yard, and just a very easygoing boy. His foster mom says, 'JR is really the sweetest guy. He definitely needs a family with another dog - he plays all day long with my two pups, and he has to sleep cuddling up and touching one of them. He's crate trained and doing really well with potty training. When he first meets you he might be a little shy, but he opens up quickly and will soon be giving you his famous kisses. Given his personality, I also think he'd be great in a family with kids.' JR is microchipped, vaccinated, and his adoption will be finalized upon neuter. His adoption fee is $450.
