About *URGENT* Conan

Kindly hone in on CONAN (#A1406381)! This gentle 6-year-old, 45-pound Shepherd-mix was adopted from the shelter when he was a puppy. This is the third time that he has been returned, most recently because his 'family' no longer has time for him. Notes made at the time of intake say he is good with children and dogs, and he was housebroken. CONAN appears confused as to why he is back behind bars. He stands at the front of the kennel looking forward to going out for a walk, and he is easy to handle.
