About SUKIE NEEDS A FOSTER

Meet SUKIE, a lovely silver grey terrier/hound mix Lulu's rescued from a high kill shelter in the South. Our hearts broke for Sukie who was brought in to the shelter as a stray and seemed like she had lost her family. She had fresh scarring from being recently spayed. She had no microchip, however, so her owners could not be found. Sukie is a very friendly and happy 1 year old, 52# female hound/terrier mix in need of a foster or forever home. She is a sweet and fun-loving girl who would pair beautifully with an active guardian who likes to hike and jog and has some experience with basic training. She would love a home with a large fenced in back yard and a friendly fur buddy with whom she can romp and play throughout the day. At this time, she is a little too playful for cats and small children. SUKIE is new to rescue so we will have much more to share with you once she goes into a foster home. If you like what you see and hear be sure to come back soon. Sukie is spayed, heart worm negative and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee is $400.
