About Miss Dusty

Adoption Fee: $200.00
German Shepherd / Basset Hound
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Miss Dusty is a 9 month old 50 lb German Shepherd mixed with we're-not-quite-sure-what. Her proportions have us thinking there may be a bit of a short-legged dog in the mix'| are those Bassett Hound feet? No matter what her mix, she is 100% lovable! Dusty was the last of her litter and she was saved by family that couldn't bear the thought of her being euthanized because no one else wanted her. Unfortunately, they were not able to be her forever home, so Addicus' Legacy Dog Rescue welcomed her in to foster so that Dusty could find her happily ever after story. Dusty is an energetic and curious puppy. She loves exploring and is working on her leash-walking skills. Dusty also loves to play and would fit right in with an active family. She is crate trained and appears housebroken. She has very nice manners, she doesn't guard food or toys, and she is eager to please. Some of Dusty's favorite things include PB&K (peanut butter in Kongs), chewing on her blankets (oops! she's still learning what is a toy and what isn't), and soaking up the attention from the folks she loves. Dusty is looking for a forever home where she will be provided with access to regular vet care, a fenced yard, exercise, treats, and lots of love. If Dusty sounds like the puppy for you, please fill out an adoption application and we can start the process. If you are interested in this dog please go to our website and start the application process. you can find our application on our website ad www.addicuslegacy.org. this is the best way to get more info on a dog. you will then be contacted by one of our application coordinators. Please be patient, this rescue is run by amazing volunteers and most of us have families and jobs. we do however appreciate you wanting to adopt a dog, if the dog you want is already adopted please look on that website for another dog that would love a forever home
