Opal is available for foster or adoption, and needs a new foster home ASAP. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families. Opal is fostered in Chuluota, FL (Seminole County). Opal is a heeler girl of no more than 2. She was rescued after living in the woods about a month. She gets along with the male dog in the home but not the female, and will need further evaluation and a meet-and-greet with a prospective adopter's other dogs, as we require. She is a great dog, housebroken and walks nicely on a leash. She loves the water and toys - we smell a dock diving or other sports prospect. She will chase small, running animals, so cats are a no-go. She can jump out of a standard fence, so a 6' or taller privacy fence is required for her home. Opal is spayed and up-to-date on vaccines and preventives.
