About Brady FOSTER NEEDED

Golden Doodle Meet Brady! Brady is 4 year old +/- Goldendoodle rescued from a local shelter. He clearly has had a very hard life prior to coming to Maxx and Me. He came to us with his wavy coat entirely matted to the point where he had to be shaved down completely. We need an experienced foster and adopter ONLY. We are desperate to help Brady progress but he requires very specific training and handling. Brady exhibits some barrier reactivity ie kennels or in the car. At this point we do not want to place him with kids or other dogs. Brady is protective of his person so he is wary of strangers or new people coming into a home. He needs a quiet place to decompress for as he has been moved too many times in the short time through no fault of his own since he has been with us. We committed to him and we need a committed foster willing to work with him. Despite the negative, Brady desperately wants to be a good boy and just needs to learn how to be a dog. He is extremely loyal and loving when he knows you - kissing your face, lying on you and wanting to much to be with you. He also enjoys swimming! We have consulted with behaviorists, trainers and the foster or adopter would have to be committed to going to these vital training classes Pasco county area and Maxx & Me is sponsoring several. Brady is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. His adoption fee is $350.
