About Luke

I'm posting with a heavy heart of letting my dog Luke go to a new home. Hes having issues with the other dogs in the house. He is a very lovable dog, loves ppl. He doesn't get along with other dogs very well nor cats. I have a small child and cant have dog fights in the house. He is 9 yrs old and fixed. Loves to play hide and seek. Loves walks and knows basic commands. He is house trained. I have all of his med records. I am willing to help out if he ever has major medical expenses!! If you want him I have one request. I would like to be with him when it's his time to go. I've had him since he was a pup and feel I owe that to him and myself. He would be best suited for a young single couple or an older single couple with no animals or children. He is a hound so he does howl but most of the time he lounges on the couch next to you. I am in dire straits, for right now I have to keep him seperated in the garage (I'm not happy about it at all) and I wont put him in a shelter because the odds are not in his favor there.I may have to put him down soon if noone will take him.
