About Bailey

Adoption Fee: $300
Lab / German Shepherd
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Bouncing ball, Bailey! (Courtesy post) Bailey is a full of energy, 2 year old male, 80 lb Lab and German Shepherd mix and TAP is trying to help him find a forever home. Bailey has been fixed, completely house, crate trained and has recently graduated with flying colors from doggie school! As a newly fostered dog. he used to show signs of fear in certain situations and reacted by growling or lunging. But now, he is the goodest boy there could be, and has become such a confident young dog! We cannot get over his awesomeness! Currently, he's in specialty dog training care, and we are helping them find the best home possible. Bailey is a very fun, energetic dog who loves other dogs and people. He plays with larger female dogs who are his friends, with an occasional call out to be gentle. He doesn't have cats around him but may chase them. All he wants to do is take his human on long walks, play endless games of ball and show off his true lapdog nature by cuddling you wherever and whenever possible. If you are looking for a hiking buddy he would probably fall in love with you forever! He exudes eternal happiness and zooms around the yard playing with his people! He has been enjoying his obedience school as well and loves to work and train with treats. With his energy and excitable traits, a home without kids would be the best option for him. He may also be more suitable as the only dog. Bailey will do best with experienced dog owners who will give him exercise. He will need a yard and regular walks. Love, patience and training will go a long way! He will be the best company for walks, hikes and TV snuggle time. His adoption fee is $300 and that includes neutering, shots, microchip, and continued training. If you want to take him home, please fill out the form on the website here https://www.theanimalpad.org/adopt-today
