About Brutus

Extremely gentle and non aggressive. He is about 5 lbs over weight according to the vet. He is a couch potato and loves to sleep. He doesn't like toys, but loves any type of bones, and especially likes kongs with peanut butter. He was a very good dog, but began having behaviors after we brought a puppy into the home. He is not aggressive with the puppy, but has stopped listening and began using the entire house as a bathroom. He was completely potty trained before this and would be fine again if he was the only dog in the house. He is good with cats. He just got updated on all of his shots about 3 weeks ago. He really is a good boy, very loving, and it kills us to do this, but it feels like there is no other option at this point. He has not been around little kids to my knowledge (we got him when he was 4), but would be fine with older kids for sure. Please consider giving this good boy a home. He will come with the remainder of his food plus a brand new 30lb bag. He is also crate trained and very smart. He walks 'OK' and is good with car rides. He is micro chipped and neutered. I have 2 huge bottles of hip and joint chewable pills for him that I just began giving him as he is sometimes a little stiff after getting up. Please consider giving this good boy a new home with a fresh start when he can be the good boy that he is once again.
