Bear is a wonderful companion who loves to be outdoors. He is not great with kids but can accept new adults in his life. He has a nervous nature and when fearful tends to react aggressively. I don't have the time to bring trainers in and work through his issue of trusting new people more quickly and unfortunately I need to find him a new home ASAP. I have new renters coming into my house and can't risk him reacting out of fear and biting someone. If I I can't find a new home then he will have to be euthanized as no other organizations have been able to help. He has bitten before, he was cornered by a small child while on a tether on my property. I believe his fearfulness is a result of some territorialness he has developed around the house. Outside of the house he is overly excited/ curious but doesn't indicate any fear aggression like he does inside the house. I am in need of someone who can give this loving and affectionate boy a home that can teach him to trust and live a successful life.
