About Artie

Cute lowrider cattle dog mix, introducing Artie (aka Arthur) from Tulare! Artie is 3 yrs. young! It was raining cats and dogs today. Had to wait a few days for photos. Artie did integrate just beautifully with the pack though. They all just wanted to stay warm and dry today, and he just fell right in with them. He's been a breeze ever since. We went on pack walk number one, but Artie was so excited, hard to keep from pulling me, so that day was all about walking on a leash and not killing your rescuer in the slippery leaves and river rock. Day 2 I let him off leash and got some great photos. This dog has a puppy like innocence, he stays with me, likes to run off, then come and check in. He already has the hang of what the whistle means too. He hopped in the van without me even telling him to in the garage, and then when we finished our walk, boom, boom boom, 10 times, all the dogs hopping in, including Artie. Artie is a really cool dog.
