DONNIE - A4108308 My name is DONNIE. I am a neutered male, chocolate and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 9 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Jul 29, 2018. I just love being out of my kennel, running and playing. I do pull some on my leash, but it's just because I'm so excited! I'm a very gentle and affectionate boy, just love people and I get along OK with other dogs, but I am just a little selective. I like jumping in the kiddie pool, and chasing toys, but most like to explore new places. I also like going places in the car with my humans. I'm always hungry, so if you've got treats, I'm your guy. I know how to 'sit' for treats and take them very gently. I've been here a long time, and they say they need my room, so if I don't get adopted very, very soon, I won't make it out of here on all fours.
