About Penelope

Penelope was found outside Halloween of 2017. When I found her in my backyard she was scarred and her ear was freshly clipped so I assume she was part of the spay and release program. She gets along with my other cats perfect, but is extremely fearful of humans. I take in as many cats as I can afford at one time in hopes of finding them good forever homes. Penelope has been harder to place because of her extreme timidness. I unfortunately work full time and have not had a lot of time to work with her. She is super sweet and cuddly when you are laying down or not moving lol. I want someone preferably who is used to working with extremely shy cats. Please contact me if you think she is a fit for you. She is up to date on all shots and wants to interact, but is just too scared. She is also very small for her age, but the vet said she wont grow anymore.
