Plott mix

Beautiful Brindle boy! Hi! I'm Ben! I don't want to brag, but I've been called a volunteer favorite. I don't know what that means exactly, but I have special friends who come out to play with me and to train me. I'm really smart, and I can be the class clown at times, but I respond really well to redirection and praise. My one friend calls me 'Benjamin Button Pusher' because I will see if she's paying attention to me in class and will slink down from a sit to a roll over. I just want to double check to make sure she isn't going to rub my belly. I go right back to a sit when she tells me to because I love making her happy. My other friends call me 'perfect.' I make them happy a lot. The Dogter said that I am just under 2 years old and weigh 75 pounds. I have been great at events and other dogs don't bother me. I've been barked at and growled at, and I just give those dogs a quick look and go about my business. Life's too short to be growly. I'm not a fan of cats or horses. I have been working really hard to be a great companion for someone. I know my basic commands. I sit quietly in my space when asked, and I love rides in the car. In order to continue on track to be the best dog I can be, I come with 10 already paid for mandatory training classes with my new family. If you would like to meet me and see if we can work together to establish a bond so I can be your favorite too, please fill out an application at www.tarashouse.org. Ben's adoption donation fee is $280, which includes spay/neuter, routine vetting and a microchip. You can apply for Ben by filling out our online application, which is found on our website www.tarashouse.net or www.tarashouse.org. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions.
