About Tinker

Tinker is a sweet loyal Whippet/Terrier mix who can be quite the cuddle bug. Tink loves her daily walks, plays fetch and just wants to please. She is house broken, knows basic commands and learns quickly. She does have a bit of an alpha side, so she'll do best if she is the only pet in the home although, she is great at dog parks, which is one of her favorite things to do. Tinker will do best in a home with children 10 and up. She also is more trusting of women over men, but can warm up to men with time and patience (it is evident she was kicked by a male in past lives as she seems to nudge assertively at men's feet). Tinker is approximately 2 years old, 25 lbs, has a lot of energy yet enjoys her downtime too. I rescued her approximately 14 months ago and unfortunately I need to rehome her due to a sick parent. She may take a little while to warm up (trust), but once she does you'll have a friend for life. Tinker is truly amazing and has come a long way!!!!
