About Hilda

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Hilda is a 3 year old Female Plott Hound. She is energetic and would do best with a large yard to run around in. A fenced yard is a must! She is e collar trained and an excellent hiking companion. She has never been a hunting dog but she is an excellent tracker and loves the outdoors. She has potential in that area. She is food motivated. Hilda would do best in a home with other large dogs and she responds the best with commands from a male. She absolutely loves people but does need to have other dogs around. Hilda is crate trained and is used to sleeping in one at night although it is not necessary. She is a good girl and you can leave her alone in the home because she does not chew up items. She is a well loved dog and I am hoping to find a good home for her. The reason for re homing is because of an upcoming change in living situation which would put her in a daily living situation where she would be home alone way to often and would not have a yard to run in.
