About Dexter

Dexter is 65lbs, between 1-2 years old. He is too beautiful with his one blue eye! He is vetted completely, dog and child friendly and just super sweet! He is affectionate and mannerly. He smiles all day when he sees people - but he's shy when he first meets you. He was dumped because the owner said he got too big. They TOOK A SHEP/LAB MIX AND NOW THAT HE'S GROWN, HE IS TOO BIG???? ARE YOU KIDDING?? They left him behind to die and walked out of the shelter with a beagle while Dexter cried for them. They also said he was a behaved and house trained dog! He is a dream - he is also a shelter favorite and has been given an extra few days to find a home before he is put to death. Serious inquiries only please.
